National Geographic Endeavour II
About National Geographic Endeavour II
Originally constructed to brave the challenges of Patagonia's frigid waters, the National Geographic Endeavour II now calls the tropical paradise of the Galápagos home. Seamlessly transitioning from navigating heavy seas to gracefully gliding through the warm Equatorial waters, she embodies the spirit of exploration in her new environment. With a renowned reputation for exceptional maneuverability, she offers guests an unparalleled experience. Her shallow draft allows for close encounters, while optimal viewing from all public areas and an expansive open-air observation deck ensure guests never miss a moment of the breathtaking surroundings.
With a reduced capacity from 136 to 96 guests across 52 carefully designed outside cabins and suites, she offers an intimate and personalized experience. Each cabin and suite provide panoramic ocean views, private facilities, climate controls, and modern amenities such as Ethernet, Wi-Fi connections, and USB ports for mobile devices. Suites, available on two decks, offer spacious living areas, while connecting cabins and triples cater to families and friends traveling together. Booking a suite grants access to exclusive amenities such as a welcome gift, priority booking for spa treatments and igloo stays, an in-room espresso maker, and complimentary laundry services. This blend of comfort, luxury, and adventure ensures that guests can fully immerse themselves in the beauty of the tropics while enjoying the premium experience of Lindblad-style travel.
Taking over from the cherished National Geographic Endeavour, she inherits not only her artwork but also her spirit of camaraderie. Guests often liken the experience aboard the National Geographic Endeavour II to a blend of a luxurious floating hotel and a scientific research vessel. Designed to accommodate solos, groups, and adventurers of all ages, she offers the opportunity for up-close and personal explorations that define the Galápagos as a once-in-a-lifetime journey.
Dining experiences onboard feature meals served in the dining room or occasionally outdoors, with a single, unassigned seating arrangement fostering a sociable, informal atmosphere with Ecuadorian flair.
