Industry Powerhouse Gloria Bohan Named Godmother of Windstar Cruises' Star Legend

FAIRFAX, VA. - April 27, 2015 — Gloria Bohan, CEO of Omega World Travel, has been selected by Windstar Cruises as Godmother of their newest ship, Star Legend. Under Bohan's leadership Omega World Travel has grown to include Omega Meetings and Incentives, Cruise.com, Travtech, Tourdeals.com, and LuxuryTravelTeam.com and has become one of the largest woman-owned corporations in the United States.

Ms. Bohan recently had the pleasure of sailing with Windstar Cruises and truly enjoyed the special sailing experience.

Omega World Travel began as a small local agency and today is one of the top woman-owned businesses in the U.S. Bohan built a strong reputation as an industry leader with expertise crossing all aspects of travel including corporate, government, meetings, vacations and cruises. Star Legend will be unveiled by Windstar Cruises on May 25 at a Christening Ceremony in Rome, hosted by Bohan as Godmother. The pier-side inaugural event will include the ceremonial champagne bottle breaking across the yacht's bow. Bohan will also be sailing on the Star Legend maiden cruise where she will attend the Lifestyles of the Glitterati Private Event in Monaco.
